The most important factor when selecting an axle is the weight capacity you need. You want to ensure your completed trailer's fully loaded weight is less than the axle capacity, or that it at least matches. Axles of a given weight rating will tend to have specific hub-face dimensions and spring center dimensions. You can use an axle longer than the trailer's width but spring centers must match your hangers. This really depends on all the details of your starting 4 x 8 trailer.

Looking at the 2013 Keystone Passport Ultra Lite it has a white recessed flange city water inlet. Although I do not know the exact model you have they typically all use the same one. More than likely this is a 1/2" MPT or FPT fitting but you will need to verify this using your current inlet. You will also need to know check to see if it is male (MPT) or female (FPT).

The Sway Bracket Jackets # EQ95-01-5150 will not work with your Reese 49911 system. They are designed for and should be used with the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems. They are also designed for square bars while yours are a round bar style. The best way for you to reduce noise is to use a lubricant like the Equal-i-zer High-Performance Lubricant # EQ91-00-4250.

There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us the exact part numbers for the vents, skylights, etc. on your Passport. We offer a variety of plumbing vents and 12v fan vents but we unfortunately do not offer skylights. If you want to send some pictures and measurements on the plumbing vents in then we can figure out the best replacements, for the 12v fan vent I'd want your opinion on the features you'd prefer for the roof vent.

The Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks part # UF48-979002 are universal in fit and not specific to any one make and model. That said, I don't see any reason as you why you could not install these jacks on your trailer so long as you have space under the frame rail for them to mount. If you are simply replacing existing stabilizers then there will be no issue. I recommend using two sets of jacks, one on each corner as this will best help stabilize the trailer.
